Photo & Media Release Policy

I agree to Photo Release Consent I hereby grant permission to the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc, its representatives, employees, and agents, the right to take, use, and publish photographs, video recordings, or digital images of me and/or my child, if applicable for promotional, educational, and other purposes related to the NCBW organization and the Everyone Can Code Mentorship Program. These images may be used in various forms of media, including but not limited to print materials, social media, websites, and presentations. By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. I understand that the images may be used publicly, including but not limited to online platforms, publications, or advertisements. 2. I agree that these images will remain the property of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc and may be used for an indefinite period of time. 3. I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of these images. 4. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final images or any materials that may be used in connection with them. 5. I understand that I am not obligated to sign this release, and my participation in the program is not contingent upon granting this consent.
